Q: Where is your furniture made?
A:  We work with manufacturers from across the United States. We also carry products from international furniture makers.

Q: What if I want to see the product first before purchasing?
A:  We can arrange for you to visit the manufacturer’s showroom. A one-on-one consultation fee will apply.

Q: Do you have a store or showroom?
A:  No. That’s why we can offer such good prices on great furniture.

Q: Do you carry products not shown on this web site?
A: Yes, please visit the Dynasty Designs Furniture e-commerce site.

Q: What about in-home consultation?
A: If you are in Southern California, we’d be happy to set up a one-on-one consultation. The consultation fee will be applied toward the purchase.

Q: What is the turnaround time on custom-built furniture?
A: Anywhere from two to 12 weeks, depending on the manufacturer’s workload. The time needed also is affected by the amount of customization desired by the client.

Q: Is everything on the Dynasty Designs Furniture web sites custom-made?
A: Only items that are identified as custom-made.

Q: Can you arrange for furniture to be built to my specifications?
A: Yes, certainly.

Q: Can the wood finish or fabric be changed?
A: Yes, if that customization is offered in the description of the item.

Q: What if I order custom furniture and change my mind?
A: Custom-made goods cannot be returned unless there is fault on the part of the company or manufacturer.

Q: Do you charge for shipping?
A: There is no shipping charge.

Q: Do you ship outside California?
A: Yes, we ship anywhere in the United States, except for Hawaii or Alaska. We do not ship to Canada or other foreign countries.

Q: Does your furniture come with a warranty?
A: Sofas, mattresses and commercial furniture only. This is customary.

Q: What types of payment do you accept?
A: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, cashier’s check.

Q: Do you offer payment plans?
A: Yes, with 50% to 75% down.

Q: Do you sell commercial furniture? Items such as booths, restaurant furniture, pews, tables and office furniture?
A: Yes. We offer the same excellent service to both commercial clients and consumers.
